Peer Review Process
Review Process Policy
It is an objective process at the heart of good scholarly publishing and is the basis of all reputable scientific, technical, medical and management journals. All the submitted manuscripts are peer reviewed through the procedure outlined below.
All submitted manuscripts are read by the editorial staff. To save time for authors and peer-reviewers, only those papers that seem most likely to meet our guidelines are sent for formal review to editorial board/ editorial review board/ internal subject experts.
Editorial Board/PMT of Cloud Publications has full rights to select manuscripts or reject submitted manuscripts. Editors of the board/PMT are final decision makers regarding selection/rejection of manuscripts and do not entertained further comments/ communications of authors.
Members of said boards are nominated on the basis of their intellectuality, experience and contributions in particular journal on the other side members are omitted with or without notice by justifying on basis of their passive work nature, lack in response, and absence for longer times, non-contribution and objectionable act /request to quit.
Editorial Board and Publication Management Team use Open Journal System through set policies and guidelines to monitor the following aspects
- Manuscript Submission
- Manuscript Selection
- Pre Screening
- Main Screening
- Manuscript Acceptance or Rejection Refereeing
Note: Authority of Cloud Publications has only the right to change aforesaid policy with or without notice to authors/contributors/editorial board/reviewers of Cloud Journal (s).
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
*2016 Journal Impact Factor was established by dividing the number of articles published in 2014 and 2015 with the number of times they are cited in 2016 based on Google Scholar, Google Search and the Microsoft Academic Search. If ‘A’ is the total number of articles published in 2014 and 2015, and ‘B’ is the number of times these articles were cited in indexed publications during 2016 then, journal impact factor = A/B.
